Shopping.com Tip: The iPod Nano is Apple's answer to the need for a very small, lightweight MP3 player that still holds a lot of music.
It is a thinner design than before - 0.26 inch to be exact, and weighs 1.41 oz. This is the perfect pocket or belt clip size, and won't cramp your style in the weight room.
Battery life has been improved over earlier models - at 24 hours, you won't have to stop and recharge as often as before.
It comes in 2GB, 4GB, and 8GB versions, and the 8GB version can hold as many as 2,000 songs or 25,000 pictures.
Five colors are standard - which includes a new hot pink iPod. The Red Nano is a special edition from which $10 each is contributed to fight AIDS in Africa.
